Christine Ann Person-Briggs

Christine Person-Briggs, age 66, died suddenly on Feb. 6, 2015, in Anchorage, Alaska. Tina spent her early years in Johnson City, N.Y., before going to school at SUNY Albany where she earned her Bachelors and Masters Degrees. In 1975, Tina and her husband, Roland, moved to Anchorage, where Tina was a language teacher at Romig Middle School for 40 years. She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Roland Briggs. She is survived by sisters, Marilyn Pollard of Florida, and Barbara Ostrander (John) of South Carolina; and her brother, Thomas Person of New Jersey. She is also survived by a niece; six nephews; three stepchildren; and many friends.
