Robert Wayne Coleman

Mr. Robert Wayne Coleman Jr. of Talkeetna, Alaska, born July 12, 1956, in Walla Walla, Wash., to the late Pearla Elizabeth Coleman and the late Robert Wayne Coleman Sr., passed away, at age 62, on Oct. 12, 2018, in Palmer, Alaska. He graduated from West High Anchorage in 1974. He was a sales manager in the aviation industry until retiring in 2016. Robert was married to Patti Coleman. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Gregrey Coleman and Edward Coleman. Robert is survived by his son, Christopher A. Coleman; stepdaughters, Jessica Leigh Southwick, Joni Marie Ortiz and Joy Carletha Onstad; brother, Robert G. Williams; sisters, Shereen Coleman, Laureen Schroff, Tareen Roberts, Joireen Cohen, Kathereen Coleman, Mareen Denise, Janeen Mars and Carol Rutten; and grandchildren, Brooke Haley Southwick, Giana Marie Ortiz and Genevieve Joy Ortiz. Friends and family can pay their respects at the memorial service, officiated by Pastor John Tuohy, on Friday, Oct. 19, 2018, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., at Church on the Rock Talkeetna Campus, Mile 99, Talkeetna, AK 99676.
