Kenneth L. Peterson, 65, passed away on December 22, 2016 in Palmer, Alaska. No services are scheduled at this time. Ken was born on July 17, 1951 in Albany, Oregon to Kenneth and Opal (Spencer) Peterson. On November 17, 1989 Kenny married the love of his life, Teresa Terwilliger in Washington. A month later the couple moved to Anchorage, Alaska and has lived in Wasilla since 2000. Ken worked as a journeyman carpenter with the Local Carpenters Union 1281. When he wasn't hard at work, he loved to go fishing and camping. At home he enjoyed gardening and wood working. Teresa stated, "Ken is now home with the Lord and no longer in pain." Ken is survived by his wife, Teresa; stepson, Earl Lusby, of Montesano, Washington; stepdaughter, Amy Lusby, of Wasilla, Alaska; brother, Vernon Peterson, of Albany, Oregon; sister, Linda Baker, of Marshalltown, Iowa; three grandchildren and many more extended family.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Opal Peterson and his stepmom,
