Frederick W Hester

Frederick William Hester, 75, of Eagle River, Alaska, passed away on Jan. 22, 2023. Frederick, aka "Fred," was born to William and Erma Hester on Jan. 28, 1947. He attended McLane High School in Fresno, Calif. He was the owner of a successful IT and computer networking business for the last three decades. Fred is survived by his wife, Kathy; and two children, Lauren and Christopher. He is also survived by his two grandchildren, Sebastian and Jane; sister, Shelley; and nephew, Shane. Fred is predeceased by his parents, William and Erma. He had many titles in life: operations officer in banking, owner and operator of a trucking company and photographer to name a few, but eventually found his passion by owning his own IT business in Alaska, where he took pride in providing quality and reliable IT services to all of his clients. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather most of all. He will be missed by all.
