Sandra was born April 25, 1948, in Anchorage, Alaska. Her family wrote: "Sandi was a devoted wife and exceptional mother. Her smile lit up the room. She loved deeply and generously. She participated in many of her church's activities. She assisted her mother, Yvonne, as Yvonne grew older. She stood by her husband, Bob, while he was in the U.S. Navy and school. She will be deeply missed."
